Teenager Lloyd Daniels’s dreams of winning the X Factor came to an end after he won the lowest number of votes on last night’s X Factor.
His mentor Cheryl Cole couldn’t hide her disappointment last night as she left the studios following his elimination from the competition.

The 16-year-old’s departure means that Olly Murs, Stacey Solomon, Danyl Johnson and Joe McElderry will now compete in next week’s semi-final.
On hearing the news Lloyd smiled and told host Dermot O’Leary: ‘I’ve enjoyed every moment.’
While he accepted the news graciously, Olly celebrated loudly, glad to still to be in the competition.
When asked what his next career move was, Lloyd said simply: ‘I just wanna be recognised.’
And with millions watching his sometimes-faltering X Factor performances, he is sure to get his wish.

Joe, 18, inched closer to realising his dream last night after going through to next week’s semi-finals.
Reports claim that Simon, has been leaning on the other judges to further boost Joe’s chances of success.
He could already count on Joe’s mentor Cheryl Cole, 26, to back her fellow Geordie.
But Louis Walsh and Dannii Minogue also seemed happy to comply, telling 13.9million viewers on Saturday to vote for Joe the only finalist they did this for.

Louis, 57, told him: “You’ve got the voice, you have got the personality. You were born to do this.”
And Dannii, 38, gushed: “There hasn’t been a song sung in this competition with more passion than that.
“I have to see you in the final. Please vote for Joe.”
An insider told The Sun “Joe is the winner in Simon’s eyes.
“He’s been bigging up Joe when the judges are around.
“The others are not happy. But the bottom line with Simon is, ‘Who will sell records?’”
Last night Simon told ITV2 spin-off The Xtra Factor that Joe was the top act.
He declared: “The person we’ve all got to beat right now is Joe.”
