After tricking Michelle into divulging her one-night stand with Peter, Leanne confronts him. Branding Peter a compulsive liar, she ends their revived relationship. A gutted Peter tells Blanche that he’s blown his chances with Leanne for the final time.

Knowing how much Leanne means to Peter, Blanche goes to talk to her. Urging her to consider Simon’s feelings, Blanche says that if Leanne intends to leave Weatherfield again, she must stay away for good. Leanne’s left thoughtful.

Elsewhere, Kevin concocts a scheme to pretend to take on more vehicle recovery as a cover for seeing Molly at evenings and weekends.

Eileen and Gail row on the street while Jason is driven off in a police car. Tina’s furious and, sticking up for Jason, tells Gail and Joe that David came round to the flat and threatened her.

Ramsay and Emily invite Norris to join them for a game of Scrabble… but they don’t tell him about Ramsey’s decision to stay!

Ashley tells Claire that Roy has donated the weekend in Paris that he won as a prize in the charity fete. Claire’s thrilled and tries to lure Ashley home on a promise but can a guilty Ashley face her?

Joe rustles up a surprise breakfast for Gail, but she’s unimpressed and breaks some bad news to him.

Steve gets a call from Eddie to say he’s spotted Slug going into a pub and they set off to track him down.

Also, Tyrone asks Molly why she hasn’t been doing any running since they returned; Deirdre moans to that she’s been made redundant; Lloyd begs Liz to reconsider and tells her he loves her.

Tina is wary as she finds herself in the flat alone with David, and wonders what is he going to do? Jason’s furious when he finds out David has been harassing Tina. Meanwhile, as David walks home he is jumped on and assaulted. Has Jason got anything to do with the attack?
