Peter Andre today spoke for the first time about Katie & Alex saying he knew nothing about their ‘plans’.
“I’ve thought about this all of this morning and I thought as long as they’re a positive influence on my kids that’s all I care about. If they’re happy great, it’s none of my business,” he told Chris Moyles on BBC Radio 1.

“I didn’t know anything about it. I haven’t spoke to her. I do speak to her, you have to speak to each other because you have kids and you have to keep things up for them.”

Later in the interview, Moyles said to Andre: “I think the marriage is madness. In the circus that is Katie Price’s life as long as the kids are alright that’s all you should care about.”

The 36-year-old replied: “That’s exactly what I think. Bottom line is I love those kids, they’re my entire life, maybe I’m over-protective of them. But as long as they’re looked after that’s all I care about.”

Andre has two children – Junior, 4, and 2-year-old Princess Tiaamii – with Price, and is stepfather to her 7-year-old son Harvey.

The Aussie singer cut the uncomfortable live interview short after she showed him a clip of the glamour model’s ex Dwight Yorke saying he was “disrespectful” for wanting to adopt his seven-year-old son Harvey.
Pete – who hadn’t been told he was about to see the footage – hit back: “No disrespect, but has he seen Harvey since that interview?

“I love that child, I see that child, and to me a nice little thank you would be nice. I asked to adopt him because I loved him, I didn’t ask to adopt him to be disrespectful.

“When you love a child, he’s in my life, he calls me Dad. I never said I’m his father but I’m so proud to have him in my life and it angers me, it angers me when people turn around and I get a comment like that.
