COCAINE addict Kerry Katona failed to realise the long term damage her drug-snorting is inflicting even when part of her nose FELL OUT in the bathroom.

As she held out the stray bit of nostril in her outstretched hand, fallen pop star Kerry confessed: “I’ve got a hole in the nose ‘cos of the coke. This has just come out.”

The reality TV star’s stepsister and closest confidante Pat Ferrier was right there and was shocked by what she saw and heard, according to The Sun…Celebs

In a searingly frank exclusive interview with the News of the World, Pat today breaks years of silence to reveal the full inside story of tragic Kerry’s downfall.

She recalled: “We were in America for our dad’s funeral last year when the hole first started to develop. Kerry was in the bathroom for ages. I’d seen her take the tweezers in and I said, ‘What you doing?’

“She said, ‘I’ll be out in a minute.’ Then in her hand she’s got this thing that she dragged out of this hole in her nose. It looked like when you get the fat off bacon. I’ve got a strong stomach but that was almost too much.”

Pat spoke out after our video revelations last Sunday of Kerry, 28, sniffing up lines of cocaine at her home in Wilmslow, Cheshire. To escape the furore the mum-of four fled to Tenerife as supermarket Iceland axed her £250,000-a-year contract and police arrived to quiz her.

But Pat, who hopes her shocking revelations will force Kerry to see sense and check into rehab, told how the star:

• ADMITS she’s destined for an early grave.
• TREATS the en suite bathroom of her mansion as a private DRUG DEN off limits to everyone else.
• FEARS she’ll need reconstruction surgery to correct her crumbling nose just like actress Danniella Westbrook.
• BURNED the back of her throat during a recent drug session.

Last night, with Kerry and the family back in Britain, worried Pat insisted: “Kerry’s life is out of control now. She IS a drug addict. Her nose IS caving in – I’ve seen it with my own eyes. She needs to get help or she’ll DIE.

“If she doesn’t change her ways and keeps on going like this she’ll be dead before she’s 30. She’ll kill herself.

“And I’ve told her that. Shockingly, Kerry agreed with me. She just turned around and said, ‘I’m going to tell you something Pat. My mum will outlive me. I’ll die young.’ ”

Pat was Kerry’s housekeeper until March this year and a regular fixture in her MTV reality series. The I’m A Celebrity jungle queen considered her stepsister to be the one person she could confide in.

Pat even helped raise three-year-old Kerry when her mum Sue – now 49 – married Pat’s dad Arnie.

“Kerry’s always been a part of my life,” said Pat. “We’ve considered each other to be sisters and best friends.

“We used to talk about everything. I love her so much and it’s too upsetting to see what she’s become.”

The telltale hole in Kerry’s nose is not yet as bad as the cocaine damage infamously suffered by ex-EastEnders star Danniella Westbrook, whose septum – the dividing wall between the nostrils – was almost completely eroded.

But stepsister Pat revealed: “The hole has got bigger and has penetrated through to the other side. Kerry can put the end of her glasses into it.

“She’s shown it to people. And it makes this funny whistling sound when she breathes through her nose.

“Kerry told me that when she sniffs up she gets it. I heard it. It’s a very low whistle, as if your nose is blocked and you’re just getting some air through.”

The star’s heavy drug habit has continued to take a toll on her health.

Pat recalled how one snorting session backfired so badly she had to seek medical help. She said: “Kerry saw a doctor at the end of June because she was complaining how she’d BURNED the back of her throat.

“She tried to say it was down to the problems she has with her nose and throat but we weren’t born yesterday. It was because she’d taken too much cocaine. Kerry sees herself having a tragic early death like movie star Marilyn Monroe. But that’s just her trying to glamorise it .So where know for Kerry ??.
