Four budding soap stars have been cast in BBC’s upcoming EastEnders internet spin-off soap E20.
The TV foursome will play four troubled teenagers who end up living together in a Walford squat.
The four castmembers Ricky Norwood, Sam Attwater, Bunmi Mojekwu and Emer Kenny were unveiled today ahead of the new soap, which will go live in January.
East Londoner Norwood will play hustler Fatboy, while the oldest castmember Attwater will play boxer Leon.
Completing the small cast is Mojekwu as runaway Mercy and Kenny as fiery tomboy Emer, the niece of current EastEnders character Shirley Carter.

Speaking of the new castings, EastEnders’ executive producer Diederick Santer enthused: “Not content with having E20 written by new writers, and our theme tune remixed by the audience, we’ve now found four talented newcomers from London to front the show. Emer, Bunmi, Ricky and Sam are brilliant young performers, noisy and fun.”
