Charlotte Church has hit out at Cheryl Cole saying she should have been picked as an XFactor judge.
The 23-year-old believes she would have made a better replacement for Sharon Osbourne who quit the show in 2007.
It’s not the first time Charlotte has sniped at the Girls Aloud singer.
Cheryl, 26, incurred The Crazy Chick singer’s wrath after suggesting the Cardiff lass had stolen Girls Aloud’s sound for her pop album Tissues And Issues.
Now Charlotte has lashed out at Cheryl saying she would be better for the X Factor as she is a trained singer.
“I would have jumped at the chance [to replace Sharon],” she told New! magazine.
“It’s a great format and I’m well sorted to judge who can sing.
“I still can’t believe the panel, they have no-one with a trained voice.
“I’m surprised they have not called me.”
During their previous war of words Charlotte lashed out at Cheryl when she reconciled with her husband Ashley Cole after allegations that he had cheated on her.
Charlotte, who has two children with rugby star husband Gavin Henson, said Cheryl had “no backbone” for taking Ashley back.
