Sacha Baron Cohen’s latest shock-fest Bruno will be screened for the Royal Family at Balmoral, it has been reported.

The film, which stars Sacha as a gay Austrian fashion reporter, has scandalised critics and audiences alike. with its “ott” humour.

But a source at Universal Studios told The Sun that Buckingham Palace has requested a copy to be shown at the Royal holiday residence in Scotland.

It is not known who will be in attendance to watch the screening, but The Sun claims the next visitors to Balmoral are the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh.

The source said: “The humour is right up William and Harry’s street – but Prince Phillip would probably have a heart attack.”
